At MYLES, we take pride in the quality of our shirts and aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or customized.
Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
Process for Return/Exchange
Email us at hello@myleswear.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
Refunds
For eligible returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
